The two-storey building consists of 10 two bedroom apartments.
On the ground floor there is a functionally designed parking area for all apartments. The building is well spaced from the boundary to allow for smooth circulation of cars in and out of the parking area. A two (2) bedroom apartment with a dedicated entrance for the apartment, a vehicle entrance – exit and storage room is located on the ground floor.
On the first and second floors there are four (2) two bedroom apartments each.
The apartments on the second floor have an independent separate roofgarden (optional). A 3 KW stand-alone photovoltaic system will be installed in all apartments with an associated discount on electricity bills.
