Field in Psimolofou

Livestock field in Psimolofou Community of Nicosia District. It is situated at a distance approximately 2.8 km east of the Community center and approximately 2.4 km east of the Tseri – Psimolofou road connection.

It has an irregular shape with a slopy surface. It abuts onto a public registered road along its north boundary with frontage of approximately 45 meters.

In addition, the field is suitable for livestock and agricultural exploitation. The building factor allowed in the zone is from 30%, depending on the development.
